ABOUT US

Brazil Merchant Banking Partners is a buy-side investment and acquisition search and advisory firm.  We act as industry-focused partners and advisers to well-capitalized venture capital and private equity funds, family offices and corporations seeking to pursue investments and acquisition strategies in Brazil and Latin America.  Our founder has strong expertise in both the US and Brazil in TMT and Energy through 25+ years of experience in financial markets including having worked private equity, in private equity backed companies and as a lender in private equity transactions.  Where we have strong industry interest, we are proactive about our investment process and strategically attempt to engage founders, business owners and industry executives in a direct dialogue.  Our primary focus is on advising the investor or buyer on transactions though we selectively provide capital raising and sellside advisory.  Our team is well-attuned to the needs of privately-held companies, working with high growth venture capital backed companies, family and founder-owned businesses to explore options tailored to their goals and wishes.
